1. About the Service

Reviwee helps businesses simplify the review-writing process for satisfied customers who may otherwise avoid leaving reviews due to time or effort required.

The platform:

• generates AI-assisted review suggestions,
• creates humanized and readable review drafts,
• may include business-related keywords naturally within generated reviews,
• allows customers to edit or submit reviews voluntarily.

Reviwee does not:

• post reviews automatically,
• submit reviews without user action,
• guarantee publication of reviews on Google or any third-party platform,
• create fake customer identities or fabricated experiences.

All reviews submitted through third-party platforms must reflect genuine customer experiences.

2. User Responsibility

Users and businesses agree that:

• reviews generated through Reviwee should represent honest customer experiences,
• customers have full control over whether to edit, submit, or discard generated reviews,
• businesses will not misuse the platform for spam, fake reviews, or misleading practices.

The final review content submitted to Google or any review platform remains the responsibility of the customer submitting it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to represent a business to use Reviwee.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• all provided information is accurate,
• you have authority to manage the business account,
• your use complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Reviwee to:

• generate fake or deceptive reviews,
• impersonate customers,
• manipulate ratings dishonestly,
• spread unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content,
• violate Google review policies or third-party platform guidelines,
• use bots or automated systems to spam reviews.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse or suspicious activity.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Review drafts generated by Reviwee are produced automatically using AI technology based on user inputs and contextual prompts.

We do not guarantee:

• factual accuracy,
• uniqueness of generated content,
• SEO outcomes,
• acceptance or visibility of reviews by Google or any review platform.

Customers are encouraged to review and personalize generated content before submission.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Reviwee may interact with or redirect users to platforms such as Google Business Profile.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google unless explicitly stated.

Use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, AI systems, workflows, designs, and platform functionality belong to Reviwee unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• copy,
• reverse engineer,
• redistribute,
• resell,
• exploit the platform without written permission.

8. Subscription & Payments

If paid plans or subscriptions are offered:

• pricing will be displayed before purchase,
• recurring plans may renew automatically unless canceled,
• non-payment may result in suspension of access.

Refunds, if applicable, will follow the published refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviwee shall not be liable for:

• review removals,
• account restrictions imposed by Google or third-party platforms,
• business losses,
• reputation-related damages,
• indirect or consequential losses.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• these Terms are violated,
• fraudulent or abusive activity is detected,
• required by law or platform compliance obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
